Mansfield District Council – Bathroom Refurbishment Capital works program 2011 -2015

Opening 30 properties per week and self delivering the project with locally sourced labour from the surrounding community, retro fitting Bathroom modernisations  at the ratio of 30 properties per week and upon completion the average the tenant satisfaction scores are at 96% satisfied.

Rykneld Homes – Heating, Kitchen and Bathroom Program through Keepmoat

Working in Partnership with Keepmoat, helping deliver their Central Heating, Kitchen and Bathroom Program doing the Central Heating upgrades, full kitchen refurbishments and full bathroom refurbishments in occupied properties delivering in the region of 15 properties per week.

Newark and Sherwood Homes – Central Heating replacement Program 2012-2013

Working directly with Newark and Sherwood homes delivering their central heating program installing ten full central heating systems per week in occupied properties.

North West Leicester – Decent homes project on behalf of Lovell Partnerships

Working in Partnership with Lovell Partnerships delivering the mechanical elements to their decent homes scheme in North West Leicester, working in occupied properties achieving  up to 25 central heating installations, 25 new bathroom suite installations, and 25 pluming installations to 25 Kitchens.
